TPG Hotels & Resorts Enters 2026 with Strong Contract Momentum and New Owner Partnerships

January 16, 2026 (Dallas, TX) — TPG Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's premier hospitality management firms, announced today it has signed multiple new third-party management agreements as the company continues its strong growth trajectory heading into 2026. The newly added properties span full-service, lifestyle, and extended-stay brands in key university, urban, and high-demand markets.

Among the nearly 3 dozen new agreements in 2025, notable new additions to the company’s managed portfolio include:

  • voco by IHG College Station Aggieland, a 166-room property serving the Texas A&M market.
  • NYLO Las Colinas Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, a 200-room property in the business hub of Las Colinas.
  • TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas McKinney, a 88-room newly renovated extended-stay property.
